IKON does not stand for good things; despite what others may say. Did you know that the vendor who sold you your multi-function printer can increase your per copy charges annually? Or, that if their warehouse is in Salt Lake City and that you’re stuck without a part in Boise; that it really does not matter to them? At least that’s what we found with IKON.

We had to go through some terrible experiences before learning that we could switch service contracts. And what a relief! I couldn’t believe that we had waited so long to have a copier run continually smooth, print large jobs without problems, and to get the same-day service we thought we were paying for.  Thus at least to us, the name IKON stands for “I konned you”
