Don was raised in Boise, Idaho and has been involved in not only the financial and insurance world, but also involved with youth and many outdoors activities. He is an avid cycler, pilot, and rafter who has thoroughly enjoyed the chance to work hard and play hard while living in Boise. His strong community background positions him as the key connection to just about everywhere. He’s a friend in the financial world, outdoorsman, and an avid BSU fan. His life is filled with passion for the things he does. But mostly he loves helping people. In his free time, you never know where you can find him, but usually you’d have to look hard because he’ll be on a 50-mile bike ride, up in the hills, flying through the backcountry, rafting the river, out to a movie with his little brother, or cheering the teams out on the blue turf.

Joseph A. Chertudi - Financial Advisor
Joseph is a very talented and an amazing individual. Born and raised in the Basque Country, he is fluent in six foreign languages and active in the local soccer community. He has great passion for the things he does, a warm heart, and amazing stories to tell. He and his wife have beautiful acreage out in Kuna and his three sons are currently doing graduate work/ internships around the country and the world.

Alexandra Laurenz- Benefits Specialist
Alex has worked in customer service and account management for the past 18 years. A good portion of that time was spent in Oregon and Texas, but having been raised in Boise, she is back home again to stay. Alex is fluent in Spanish and enjoys hiking and running, but most especially she enjoys vacationing to the Basque Country, where all of her extended family lives.

Kamile Ishiyama - Administrative Assistant
Kamile graduated from Boise State University in 2009 with a Marketing degree, and is the newest team member of Echelon Group. She enjoys fitness/running, traveling, shopping, and loves a great cup of coffee!

Robert Reynolds - Financial Advisor
Robert is a native of the West, born in Prescott, Arizona and raised in Twin Falls. He received his degree from Idaho State University and now lives in Nampa with his beautiful wife, Amy. They are actively in the process of adopting to add to their family which currently includes their American Eskimo dog Bailey. They enjoy missions work, and have been to several countries, including Mexico, Chile and Jamaica, where they have worked at a medical mission, orphanages and a remote school. Robert also enjoys playing a variety of sports, cooking, traveling and camping. Robert is attentive to his clients’ goals and priorities and is passionate about helping his clients use their finances to achieve their dreams.
